New Student Welcome Team

You’re the first impression students and parents have of our ministry, and your role is to create a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment. You greet new students, help them feel at home, collect first-time visitor forms, and answer any questions parents may have. You’ll also get to hand out our first-time visitor swag, helping new students feel seen, valued, and excited to return.

The purpose of this role is to help students feel welcomed, connected and known so we can prepare to change their worlds for Christ 

Time Commitment:

• Every Wednesday, 5:45pm-8:45pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome first time students and give them free swag
• Be a welcoming face for new and returning students alike
• Guide students where to go and answer any questions parents may have
• Write a thank you card to all new students 
• Tear down welcome tent

• HDC Membership
