Host Home Leader (AV Only)

The purpose of this role is to lead the midweek night with enthusiasm and compassion, reflecting the characteristics of God to the students. This role is different from a small group leader.

Time Commitment:

• Every Wednesday during Midweek 5:45-8:45pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive early to prepare and organize the space alongside the host home
• Lead the pre-night leader meeting and provide direction for the team 
• Run games, teach the lesson, and guide the focus of the night
• Connect with parents and answer and solve any questions or problems that arise during the evening.
