When should I arrive?
In an ideal world, arriving about 20 minutes before the service you plan on attending is best. If you arrive closer to the service start time, your kids won’t miss a thing. Arriving early will give you some extra time to find our HDC Kids areas.
How do I drop off my kids?
If this is your first time attending one of our HDC campuses, you’ll want to visit one of our assisted kiosks so one of our HDC Kids Volunteers can get your information entered. After you have been added to the system, you can check in with your phone number and select each of the kids that will be checking in. We will print out three labels for your kids. One for our check-in roster, one you keep until you pick up your kids, and one name tag that includes any allergy information we should be aware of.
Are my kids safe?
All teachers are required to submit to a thorough background check. In addition, all teacher helpers must attend training.
What do my kids do?
While your kids are with us they will get to hang out with other kids their age, hear an engaging Bible story and talk with a leader about that story as well as play a game, do a craft and some weeks have a snack. All of the activities are centered around reinforcing the Bible truths they’ve learned.
How do I pick up my kids?
Picking up your kids is similar to dropping them off–just head to the area where you dropped your kids off. We collect the third label that was printed in order to confirm that you are the approved person to pick up your child. Have your ticket ready and present it to the HDC Volunteer working in the check out station.
For the health of all of our children, please do not bring your children to class if they exhibit any signs of fever, vomiting, the onset of a cold, rash, pink eye, etc.
