Are you planning an awesome event for your ministry for 5,000 people? Do you need a room to meet with 5 people? This is the form for you! It takes 5-7 minutes to make sure the whole ADM Team + the Staff Calendars are up to date on your event or meeting. Click this link as your one stop shop for every event or meeting for ministry or staff purposes!

Are you helping someone plan a wedding or funeral on our facilities? Are you aware of a school or outside group that would like to use our facilities? Then this is the link for you! This quick form will give the ADM team what they need to know and add this event to the Outside Events Staff calendar.

Comm Form

Do you have a comm need that has absolutely nothing to do with an event? Do you need a video for a weekend service, a quick design, or a website update? Then this is the Form for you! Please do not use this for requests related to events, because it will fail to notify the whole ADM team of your event and it will not be reflected on the Event calendars.

These reflect levels of ADM support, not the level of value of your event. Purple is the highest level of ADM support while Yellow is the lowest.

By using multiple objective criteria markers:

Money invested

Departments involved

Planning Time

Expected People engaged

Frequency of the event

These markers are scored to determine a tier. This is a system we are monitoring and continuing to tweak and hone to be as accurate as possible.

You can appeal to the DT. Your tier is assigned using a simple math formula that we think is often right, but sometimes it will get things wrong. The good news is that you don’t need to fill out a new or separate form in our ADM Event Form when your tier is assigned you have an option to appeal to the DT if you disagree with your tier. You simply state why you believe your event will need higher levels of ADM support and that will automatically email the DT to add as a point of conversation at their next meeting.
