One of the unexpected joys of the new HDC campus in Apple Valley has been the number of people attending. This reality, however, has caused us to feel the crunch both in terms of schedule and space. It has become clear to our team that, at present, our ability to grow and develop at the UltraStar theaters in Apple Valley is not possible. Even with the three theaters and the graciously extended times by UltraStar, the limitations to do ministry effectively are significant. Beyond the tangible difficulties, I know it can be challenging to sustain the energy necessary to manage the additional services along with serving the growing number of children and adults attending. Because of these issues (and many others), Sunday, May 2, will be the last day we will hold services at the UltraStar theaters. After that weekend, we will officially move to our new campus at Sitting Bull Middle School. The opportunities to grow and minister to others at the new campus will be far-reaching. It will also allow us to turn our HDC | AV campus into a community of believers who share life with each other. ~Pastor Kurt Thielen
